Do you need to tear off the protective film of the window decoration and the upper shell decoration?

Can I use a mobile power supply to power the charging pile?

Yes.

How to place and use the charging pile?

The charging pile should be placed on a flat and soft lawn as much as possible, and there should be at least 1.5m of straight-line distance in front and behind the charging pile without obstacles. The left side of the charging pile is placed in the work area. After fixing the ground nails and screws in place, connect the adapter and power it on.

Can the ground nails of the charging pile be inserted partially into the grass?

No. The ground nails must be fully inserted into the grass. Inserting only part of it will affect the positioning effect of the machine.

Can the black and red ports of the boundary line be wired at will?

It is recommended that the boundary line be connected from the black port, and then passed through the wire groove at the end of the charging pile for wiring, and finally connected to the red port. (As described in the quick guide); the machine can also work normally if it is connected from the red port and finally connected to the black port.

Does the wire nail spacing have to be 75cm?

It is only a recommended spacing. The spacing can be adjusted according to the actual situation. If the boundary line cannot be close to the grass, you can add wire nails there to ensure that the boundary line is close to the ground so that it is not easily cut by the machine or cause tripping.

What is the PIN code? What is the default PIN code? How to unlock it?

The PIN code is the password of the machine, which is used for anti-theft protection, preventing children from misoperating and meeting safety regulations. The machine will automatically enter the PIN code interface when it is turned on, and the machine cannot be controlled before it is unlocked;

The default PIN code is 0000;

Can this machine be used for land reclamation?

Not suitable for land reclamation. If the grass is higher than 15cm, this machine cannot be used for land reclamation and mowing. This machine is suitable for lawns 7cm and below. The mowing effect will be reduced for lawns 7-15cm high.

What should I pay attention to when mowing the lawn for the first time?

The height of the grass cannot exceed 10cm. If it exceeds 10cm, other tools must be used to mow the grass. This machine is suitable for lawns 10cm and below.

It is necessary to remove objects that do not support collision on the lawn and clean up stones and branches on the lawn.

What to do if there is a missed cut?

1. Confirm whether the mower has completed a complete mowing. After all the mowing is completed and the recharge is successful, observe whether there are any missed cuts;

2. Confirm whether the missed cut position is blocked by objects. It is recommended to clear the obstacles and then perform a complete mowing again;

3. Confirm whether the missed cut position is too narrow for the mower to pass normally. In this case, it is normal for the mower to fail to pass normally;

4. Confirm whether the mower has any abnormalities during mowing, such as the main wheel is stuck or the machine is trapped. If such abnormal prompts appear, the mower will stop working and cannot continue mowing. It is recommended to check the components with fault prompts and perform a complete mowing after the problem is completely solved; 

5. You can choose to mow in a cross pattern or fixed-point mowing to improve.

What to do if the mowing effect is poor and the grass cannot be cut?

1. Confirm whether the set mowing height is appropriate. The height of the blade can be adjusted through the app. If the grass height exceeds 10cm, you need to use other tools to mow the grass first to make it lower than 10cm;

2. Confirm whether the blade is normal. If the blade becomes blunt, you can replace the blade and put it back for continued use. Our blades can be used on both sides. You can also replace a new blade;

3. Rotate the blade disc to confirm that the blade disc can rotate normally;

4. You can choose to mow in a cross pattern;

5. Pay attention to safety and avoid being cut by the blade.

Why can't I pass through some places?

According to laboratory test data, basically all heights of 3CM and below can pass normally. It is normal to be unable to pass beyond this height. It is also normal that the machine cannot pass through places that are too narrow.

Why is it prompted to be trapped?

1. Check whether the blade disc, main wheel, and universal wheel are entangled by foreign objects;

2. Check whether the machine is blocked by obstacles;

3. Check whether the machine is trapped, such as falling into a pit;

4. Clear the obstacles before starting mowing.

The horn does not sound

1. Press and hold the power button of the lawn mower for 15 seconds, then turn it off, and then restart the device to observe whether it is normal.

The machine cannot move after digging a pit

Repeated mowing in a certain area

The machine is automatically mowing.

The machine did not mow the grass on the boundary line/the machine does not mow the grass

When the machine starts global mowing, it will first build a map along the line. The blade disc will not be turned on during the map building. When the map building is completed, the blade disc will be turned on and mowing will begin. During the mowing process, the machine will not turn on the blade disc when it passes along the line to reach other areas. When the entire area is mowed, the machine will turn on the blade disc to mow along the line. That is, the machine will only mow the grass on the boundary line in the final stage of the task.

 When the grass is relatively high and dense, please set the cutting height to 70mm, and then slowly lower the height later. If the grass is higher than 10cm, please use other tools to cut the grass short first. (If the grass is very high and the cutting height is set to the lowest height, the machine will not be able to cut the grass, triggering the thick grass cleaning logic, automatically lifting the blade, and crossing the thick grass area to ensure that the machine blade will not be blocked and report an error, and complete the work of the entire area as much as possible)

The machine ran to area B to cut the grass before cutting the grass in area A

The mowing efficiency does not reach the advertised 90㎡/h

90㎡/h is tested in a laboratory test environment with no obstacles of 10*10m. In actual use, the efficiency will vary due to differences in lawn shape.

The machine leaves a trail of grass clippings on the lawn

The blade rotates at high speed to cut the grass and throw it out. The grass clippings will fall along the blade guard above the blade, forming a trail of grass clippings.

The map cannot be seen on the APP

The customer should connect the machine via Bluetooth. APP Usage
How to pair the machine with the network?

First, long press the power button (ON/OFF) of the lawn mower to turn it on;

Download the "ANTHBOT" APP (or the corresponding APP of the customer) from Google Play/APP Store; or scan the QR code on the APP download manual to download;

You need to register an account and log in for the first time using the app;

Click ADD DEVICE and bind the machine according to the prompts in the app. One is to enter the WiFi password to connect the machine via WiFi, and the other is to click skip to connect the machine directly via Bluetooth.

What should I do if the network pairing fails?

The lawn mower can only connect to the 2.4G network and cannot connect to the 5G network; therefore, the WiFi connected to the mobile phone must be a 2.4G network;

What are rain and snow sensing and delayed mowing time?

Rain and snow sensing means that the machine can judge that it is raining through the sensor. After the rain and snow sensing switch is turned on, the machine cannot start mowing when it rains. If it rains during mowing, the machine will automatically recharge. Because rain makes the grass slippery, the machine is easy to slip, and the mowing effect may be worse.

Delayed mowing time means that after the machine automatically recharges after rain, it will automatically continue mowing after the rain stops. The default selection is 3h, and 1h/2h can also be selected. It is recommended that users select 3h.
