What should I do if the robot fails to match the network?
1. Please check whether the Wi-Fi is 2.4G network, the robot only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi for the time being, and does not support 5G, please set up the 2.4G band Wi-Fi and then use the network again;
2. Please make sure that the Wi-Fi password entered on the APP is correct, please re-enter the correct password and then use the network again;
3. Please check whether it jumps to other Wi-Fi when connecting to the robot Wi-Fi, please forget (ignore the auto jump WiFi) first and then use the network again;
4. Please check whether to authorize the app positioning authority, please open the app positioning authority and then use it again in the mating network;
5. Please confirm whether app authorize bluetooth authority, and cell phone bluetooth open after re-matching network use;
6. Please make sure the lawnmower wifi is not added into the router blacklist;
What to do when the machine is often winding the line?
There are several states in which the robot appears to be traveling on a perimeter line:
1. build a map: start a new task continue to need to build a map along the line, running more than a certain time when the machine will re-establish the map
2. Calibration signals: fear of soil moisture affected by the machine, in the mowing process to reach a certain time, to confirm the accuracy of the positioning signals, will be triggered near the stake or near the line to walk a certain distance, the signal is no difference between the normal mowing, there is a difference between the need to re-establish the map, so you will see mowing on the way to every other period of time robots will be walking on top of the perimeter line
3. Transition: the robot enters the next field to cut grass after cutting a field, the robot sometimes uses the fence line to navigate to the next field, which is a normal phenomenon.
4. Recharge: the robot normally recharges from point to point, when the robot cannot recharge from point to point, it will use the fence line to navigate back to the recharge.
5. break point renewal: robot low power to recharge, break point renewal, normal robot is point to point renewal, robot in the state can not point to point renewal, will use the fence line for navigation to renew cutting
6. Mowing along the line: after the bow mowing is completed, it will carry out a mowing along the line.
What if I miss mowing the lawn?
1. Wait until all the mowing is completed and recharged successfully before observing whether there are any omissions;
2. It is recommended to clear the obstacles and then perform complete mowing again;
3. It is normal that the mower cannot pass normally in this case;
4. If such abnormal prompts appear, the mower will pause its work and can not continue to cut grass. It is recommended to check the components that have fault prompts and perform complete mowing again after the problem is completely solved;
5. The mower can be improved by choosing tic-tac-toe mowing (cross) or fixed-point mowing.
Why can't you cut the grass/poorly cut the grass?
1. Confirm whether the set mowing height is suitable or not - you can adjust the height of the blade through the app. If the grass is more than 10cm high, you need to use other tools to cut the grass first, so that it is lower than 10cm (or app to adjust the height of the blade to 7cm to cut once);
2. confirm whether the blade of the blade is normal - if the blade becomes blunt, you can change the blade to one side and put it back to continue to use, our blades can be used on both sides. Can also be replaced with a new blade;
3. Rotate the blade to confirm that the blade can rotate normally.
4. Cross tic-tac-toe mowing is available.
What if it cut the borderline?
1. Check that the boundary line is not overhanging
2. The boundary line is tight to the ground and cannot overhang;
3. It is possible to bury the line, by burying the boundary line in the soil below a depth of 4cm.
What should I do if I get a message that the robot failed to build a map?
1. There should be no obstacles blocking the machine from traveling on the boundary line during the map building process.
2. Confirm that the machine is not colliding with obstacles during the building process, clear the obstacles, move the machine back to the charging post, press STOP, then press MOW+ON to rebuild the map.
What if the robot is trapped?
○ Check that the cutter, main wheel, and universal wheel are not entangled by foreign objects.
○ Check if the machine is covered by obstacles.
○ Check if the machine is trapped, e.g. in a pit.
○ Clear the obstacles before starting mowing.
What if a reservation task is not performed?
1. After the rain sensor function is turned on, when it rains, the reservation task will wait for the rain to stop and then delay the start of the task.
2. The machine needs to unlock the PIN code to automatically execute the reservation task.
3. Appointment cannot be executed even if the battery is below 20%.
4. If the local time on the machine does not match with the time on your cell phone, you can add a new device or enter the app's reservation interface to recalibrate the machine's local time.
What should I do if my robot is working with strange noises?
Turn off the machine and check whether the blade is off or loose, tighten the blade and then start the machine again.
What if the machine won't charge?
Battery temperature is too high or too low to trigger charging protection, power off the machine and wait for half an hour before turning on the machine to charge again.
